COLOGNO MONZESE, Italy, June 29 (Reuters) – MediaForEurope (MFE) (MFEA.MI), (MFEB.MI), controlled by the family of former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi, will watch Channel 4 when the British broadcaster put up for sale, MFE chief financial officer Marco Giordani said Wednesday.

The British government announced in April its intention to sell Channel 4, the public and commercially funded broadcaster, but the necessary legislation has yet to be passed and the tender is not yet open. Read more
